  • I think that "full-service" hotels would be 4 & 5 star hotels that offer concierge services, on-site restaurants and shopping, etc. Limited-service hotels are more likely run-of-the-mill hotels with rooms & a pool (if that) -- kinda like Days Inn, Motel 6, etc.
  • Different people have different views on this. I am a hotel manager and have operated both types. Limited service is a hotel that generally has no restaurant or banquet facilities. The full service has it all.
