  • I doubt you will. Tow bars are usually bolted/welded to a structural member of the car, such as a chassis rail or crossmember. Unless your bumper is a structural member, I would advise against attaching anything to it, because the minute you put a load on it, you'll rip the bumper off the car.
  • U-Haul used to rent such a device, but that quit working when most cars quit having chome bumpers. Today, the best you could hope for would be tow bar that attaches to the tie-down eyes in the front of the frame, and even that would have to be specific. Check with the companies that rent/sell towing hitches and motor homes; many of the them carry vehicle-specific towing equipment, for those who want to tow their car behind a motor home.
