Yes. I played it when I was a kid. But I was never really good because I didn't have the brain and the patience. It is a fun game if you have the time.

The moves are fairly simple to make and understand it is the stratagy that is difficult and takes much playing to begin how to understand how to win.

I learned how to play, but unfortunately there is no one who knows or wants to learn to play. The game is complicated but possible.

I've been playing since I was 16 (I'm 52) and I still haven't mastered the game. Most people don't, though. Learning the basic moves are easy. Learning enough to enjoy playing is easy too. Few players progress beyond learning the basics.

Anyone can play chess, however, very few people truly learn to play it well. Learning the moves is incredibly easy, learning to be good at chess is incredibly difficult.

I used to play all the time when I was younger. And nah it was pretty easy to learn. +5

Yes...not very well though. Learning it isn't hard at all...playing it well is. You can't just play it as you go..the really brilliant chess players have already figured out many moves ahead depending on your possible moves, so they never lose. :)

I dont play anymore, but its easy to learn
