dont play music to relax. Play loud music in my suv as I dont like to annoy the neighbours. Anything with Drums, loud enought to vibrate the seats. Play Dio if I am in a dark mood. James Blunt or Genesis if I am thoughtful. Meatloaf to sing along to if I am "up" At Home to relax, I read.In the quiet.I was taught to relax years ago and if I need to I can just "switch off" at will. I find music distracting then.
