Yes, curfew for most states is 10pm for minors. As for parental set curfew I think 1am is way too late for a 13 year old to be out and irresponsible of the parents to allow it.

Erm, in a word, yes. At the age of 13, you should NOT be coming home in the early hours of the morning. There are far too many predators on the street at those hours for you to be hanging around. You also will be unprepared for the challenges that life sets you if you are not set a curfew. It is for your own good

YES! I'm 14 and I'm allowed to stay out til 11pm if there is an adult present (school sports events, parties, etc). If I'm at the mall with no supervision or hanging out around my neighborhood, curfew's 9:30. Do you seriuosly think your parents will extend your curfew until 1am?!

I'm in bed at 11:00 every night. I won't sleep until all my "chickens" are in the safely coop. I have a 19 year old that will tell you that she is only out until midnight on special occasions. She's an adult, and still respects that the curfew is out of our concern for her safety. My kids can stay out until 1, when they move out.

I think the question you meant was, "Is 13 too OLD...". However I don't think 1AM is unreasonable for anybody under the age of 16. I didn't stay out that late until I was 16 and I didn't even have a (parental) curfew, just the 9PM one according to town ordinances. What are you even doing out at that hour?

omg im 15 and my kurfew isnt ever tht laste yet in my house lol but usually there is a law for like being on the streets

It's way to late. And judging by your typing, spelling, and grammer you should be home studying. Not out roaming the streets. My kids will have to be in by 9:00 P.M. until they're 17. and then they'll get ten. That includes at friends houses and on the weekend. And they better not leave the house till home work is complete and chores are done. Or the Queen of Ireland is going to come down on them.

I have no idea what you're asking, but its never too early to learn how to spell. Stay out of the street and go to school, at least a few days out of the week.

You should be able to spell better than that at the age of 13. If you can't spell properly by that age, you are not mature enough to stay out until 6 PM, let alone 1 AM.
