If it was legal, than Mormons and Catholics would be the one protesting, and homosexuals will be the ones celebrating. The idea is bad.

I have gone to parent teacher meetings at my children schools and the subject has been brought up to the board....the #1 concern I have heard is this...as of now, they have classes in school that teach you safe sex, and the dangers and precautions involved. Parents are concerned that when this becomes socialy acceptable, that their children will be taught safe gay sex, which in the eyes of some parents see it as something spread out to be perfectly acceptable...many parents dont want that. And they are afraid that family morals are not abided by when it comes to such touchy matters. I know it doesnt seem like they have anything to do with eachother....but it may have a profound effect.

Seriously, I could care less who or what you marry. You could marry a radaitor as far as I'm concerned if it makes you happy. As long as it's not hurting anyone else, I see no problem with it.

It is legal, nobody asks a male+female couple their sexual orientation before a wedding. So a couple of couples get married, live beside each other and have children, nobody would know. It would make way more sense than gays or lesbians marring straights to appear "normal" or each other. I do not have a problem with gay marriage it just seems like a waste of time.

Bad idea. Where would the future population come from if men married men and women married women? Last time i checked, two men or two women together cannot produce a child.

I think it would be good . I don't see it as a problem . They should have the same rights as we have , ... They are just the same as everybody else .

Well, morally its not good...and it's a sin...God created a woman and man alone...Lets just live in that way... kind of remember this subject where gays asked that if God created only a woman and a man, then who created them...kind of funny... i don't condem people who do it though, first i dont have the right, coz im not perfect i made mistakes not maybe the same as thiere's but it still a mistake..2nd, its thiere right to live their lives in whatever way they please..we're individuals and we have all the same equal right given to us to live a life the way we want...besides each of us hold our own accontabality on our actions...

Well, if it were legal everywhere about the only thing I think would happen is gay people would be getting married. I don't see how this would be a bad or a good thing it would just be the way things are.

I think a gay and a lesbian can already get married all over the world. It when two gays or two lesbians want to marry that the fireworks begin. (Ok, stop the negative point already - it was just a joke - I hate heterophobes who have no sense of humor)

If it was legal all over the world, then gay's and lesbians from Russia, to Egypt, to Mexico, to American would be content. And what is wrong with that? Nothing, thats what. Therefore it would be a marvelous idea. = )
