Start off with sliced baguette topped with cream cheese, caviar, and salmon, then I would like prosciutto ham and cheese rolls with tomato basil topping. I would also start off with a Caesar salad. For the main course, I would like Chicken Parmesan atop a bed of fettuccine alfredo with a side of garlic bread. For dessert, I would like a big piece of Tiramisu. And I want a tall glass of coca cola to drink.

(This was supposed to be a comment, not another answer! I tried to copy and paste it after the other comments to my answer, but kept getting "Error on page." Sorry!! No 'biggie,' I know. At least it's here.) Wow, yes, sounds awesome - what I want to say, is - asparagus is great, but also good would be broccoli, or peppers & onions. Since I can't eat starch and still maintain my weight loss livin' "la vida low carb," my plates always look more colorful, which is nice, such as the various colors of bell peppers - red, green, and yellow. Folks pass by sometimes in a restaurant and comment that my plate looks so good - it's because of the veggie substitutions! And, it's weird how you can eat a big steak or plate of beef and as long as it's not salty, you won't gain an ounce; on the contrary you'll probably lose a pound! Pretty neat, how that works. I'm thankful for Atkins - have never felt healthier and am age 53. Well, then, "where's the beef?" "Mangia!" - in other words, bring it ON! I've been enjoying all these comments because I know I can eat that way and still fit in my coveted size 8's that finally replaced all my size 16's!! As long as it's "meat and potatoes" without the potatoes, I'm set. Enjoy, all - let's do some serious chowing DOWN!!!
