As long as the man doesn't have an STD/STI, and as long as he's kept clean, there aren't any health risks... If I were to have a partner willing to participate in sexual activities, I'd never ask her to do something she didn't want to... As far as cleanliness goes there is far more bacteria in the human mouth than there is in the genital area, so why do we even kiss. Urine is sterile when it leaves the body.
