Unfortunately, as my family moved to the midwest when I was a little kid, and all of our cousins are back east, it's been really hard to be close to any of them. I haven't seen any of them in quite a while. I have 1 or 2 I email occasionally.

Yes, all nine of them along with second cousins. My extended family is very close knit. I feel fortunate.

Yes, I have a HUGE family with dozens upon dozens of cousins - but my closet cousin lives in Texas while I'm up in PA...we're both nerds and we can really relate when we talk. We're close friends! :)

Yeah I hang out with my twin cousins semi often.

All of them except one....we have never been able to get along for more than a day at a time.

I've not seen any of my cousins since 1966. 11 years ago the daughter of one of them, with the consonant-intensive last name of my mother's maiden name, flew into town and the wifey-to-be and I drove her out to K-State where she was going to be a freshman future veterinarian.

I am very close to my cousins on my father's side, especially one or two of them. We are very good friends and have fun hanging out together at family gatherings.

no. my mom's one sister didnt have any children my dad has two brother's one did not have children either and the other is in his 80's so his kids are like....old enough to be my dad. I dont really know them.

Yep -- my mother's sister has two daughters and we were pretty much raised together. They're more like sisters to my sister and me than cousins. The nice thing is that this is apparently a family pattern -- my grandmother was one of nine children and my Mom has dozens of cousins, and their relationship is the same one as my sister and I have with our cousins. So I'm never going to run out of Aunts and Uncles. It's pretty neat. :-)

I am not close to anyone over a distance and I do not live close to anyone. actualy i am not close to anyone not in my daily life and even then not as close as most people get. I guess I do not bond to people very much

My mother's side of the family is very close and all of my cousins are more like siblings to me because we've grown up together and still hang out together all the time. My best friend is actually one of my cousins :)

yep!! and hes coming up to visit in 3 weeks!! I cant wait, havent seen him in 15 years! we grew up together and were best friends all trough school.

i did the only two that are around my age but since my fathers death (their uncle) we havent been to close

My cousins are a reason I moved to Iowa. I'm closer to them than my own brothers.

Yes, I have two cousins that are more like sisters to me. We grew up together and our parents who are also cousins hung out all the time and vacationed together every year.
