    That there are two clashing forces at this moment. The force of unifying humanity through "market" politics, and the force to fragment humanity into tribes, the very ancient method of social self defense. It is not a global phenomenon, but signicant in that it effects civilizations which, through their own weakness or accidents of history have found themselves isolated from the modern world.
