I don't remember, so I must have been quite young. My parents weren't strict with food and drink, I remember my grandma getting me drunk on sherry when I was 10, so coffee wouldn't have been a big issue. I didn't like it very much anyway until my twenties, so I wouldn't have drunk much of it as a child.

I couldn't handle it. Some people like me are very sensitive to stimulants and can have heart palpitations, high blood pressure, anxiety symptoms etc. if we have any caffeine. So if anyone who has any anxiety or high stress in their lives or high blood pressure drinks coffee, unless it is decaffeinated, you are hurting yourself and I would suggest buying the decaffeinated or choosing another non-caffeine drink.

My friend in high school suggested we cut our first class and go get coffee. I drank what he suggested, and LOVED it! After that I'd go by there one a week or so and get a mocha before school. Now I'll drink pretty much any coffee or espresso drink - I like them all.

A few months old? I'm Belgian and coffee was (don't know about currently, though) often used to put children to sleep! Yes, my mom would put a few tablespoons of coffee in my milk bottle and I'd drop off to sleep and sleep through the whole night. Coffee doesn't seem to have much of an effect on me other than the caffiene bothering my stomach but I don't seem to get all wired like so many people.
