Hi, Scrappy, hope you are doing well, my thoughts and prayers are with you always....answer to your question would be, I love anything dairy and eat something with cheese in it daily, drink lots of milk, cook with REAL CREAM, lol...lots of ice cream in the summer...also lots of veggies, lots of chicken, try to stay away from overly-processed foods and never eat fast food...only eat whole-grain breads, in general pay lots of attention to what I am eating, stay away from preservatives and additives
