Yes. That's how we see it at night.
-
yes thats why u see the moon, u see tha part thats lighted by the sun.
-
Yeah. If it didn't, then we would not know the moon was even there.
-
ahhh yes. what do you think?? thats the moon giving off light in the night?? do you also believe the moon is made out of cheese??
-
I am not living there.
-
Yes it does that is why you can see it at night and sometimes during the day.
-
Yes, the sun does shine onto the moon. When you see the moon at night, when it looks bright, thats the sun's light reflecting off of it.
-
if it didnt then we couldnt see it at night.
-
Yes, you wouldn't see it otherwise.
-
Yes when I am outside with my pants pulled down on a sunny day...HAHA got ya Nancy.
-
When you look at the moon, the part that shines is the sunlight reflecting off of it. The rest of the moon which isn't facing the sun is therefore dark and you might not be able to see it.
-
No. I just want to be the only one that says, "No, it doesn't shine on the Moon. When you see a bright Moon at night, it's because it's made of tritium with a phosphorus coating, like the old wristwatch dials. Or cheese... I'm not really sure. I hear cheese a lot."
