We have in this earth that kind of sick personalities. Avoid them!
-
yeah. we've got many of those samples here!
-
It seems that way but by doing so they are never really happy;0)
-
My mans ex
-
Yes, because I think that if they make others miserable, it gives them some long term or temporary satisfaction -- they have warped values. But, thankfully, I don't think this applies to most people.
-
Misery loves company you know!
-
Yes,but you can alter their behaviour by poking them with a small stick until they change their tune.
-
That's true.
-
yes i know the best sample my ex-gf, now she is mad because i found a job even though i graduated a year later and she couldnt find any...the worst part is she is not hiding she is furious...
-
Yes, I know a few people who just love to make others miserable.
-
Yes, I have experienced this firsthand. It is a huge drain of energy. They need drama to create a sense of need and security. Negativity spawns need, and the need is a false sense of love. Not real, healthy, and positive love, though. Well, that's not love at all.
-
Yes. The ones that really bother me are the, "Misery loves company" people who make sure they have pleanty of company.
-
Yes!!! I have witnessed it. When everything is peaceful and happy, they need to stir the pot to bring everyone down to their level.
-
Yes, some people are so bitter, they have to drag you with them. =(
-
Sure. Divorce courts are full of them.
-
Fortunately, what goes around comes around. If a person delights in creating drama, they also suffer from it.
-
Oh yes , and I know them by name !!
-
It's because they are miserable and don't like to see others happy when they aren't.
-
Ever heard the saying, "Misery loves company"? That's where it came from.
-
For sure ~ and i even met a few of them. Not fun :(
-
Hi JuJubee is back to her same old self :) One's own children are the best example for that. They want to learn with their own mistakes and till that time parents are in a miserable condition because they pay for their every mistake they do.
-
Yes and tend to run the other way FAST when they are around. There are even a couple on this site. OF course NOT YOU!!
-
No, I think not. I believe they are still miserable is just they believe in the old misery love company credo. If they don't know or care to be happy at the very least lets make others suffer also.
-
I used to be married to one! :-)
-
Damned straight I do. It's friggin' scary too.
-
you must have met my ex ...lol. actually i do believe there is a mental and behavioral disorder that causes people to act that way. sad but true.
-
"Yeah!!There's is people like that!!That's why GOD sent me here to this world to Punk them all down!!!!!!!"
-
There are people out there that are addicted to their emotions, they can't stand the emptiness in their lives, and the only stimulation they get is creating drama in other people's lives. It's a type of greed. I have a sister like that, and my ex-gf still popa her head up once in a while. I just try to avoid the dramatists in my life.
-
I know there are people like that, but truth is, they're not happy because someone else is miserable. They're happy because they finally feel like they have power, like they mean something. I don't think it's just that they made someone miserable, just that they can do it. Those who act like that were probably looked down on for most of ther life and now they have something to prove.
