Sure. The problem, though, is that I often forget to drink anything, and I get quite dehydrated.

I did for about a month. I also worked out every day. I felt really good, but eventually I drifted back into my old lifestyle of soft-drinks and juice and only excercising occasionally. But it was good while it lasted.

Yeah, when I moved away from my father with my mom to get away from the bitching, all I drank was water.

I could, in fact that is a great idea! I have gone for long stretches with only water, but never a month. Maybe I'll do that in January. Thansk for the idea!

i genrally do, i drink fruit juice at home but all day at work i only drink water and i drink water at home 2. i would need reminding so i dont add some jusice 2 my water. but im up 4 the challange!

Sure. I'm getting so I don't like drinks with fizz (soda), I am restricted to no booze, and I could break the coffee habit.

If someone paid me to do it I could, but I like coffee too much to give it up voluntarily.

our body is 80% water but we're all so addicted to these drinks that we can never without cause give them up.

I went 23 days on only water but when I started to feel hunger I slowly started back eating. I guess if you were fat enough you could make it 30 days.

Oh yeah. That's pretty much all I drink anyways. Milk is gross, in my opinion.

Absolutely. It would be a rough first few days as I went through caffiene withdrawals :) But then I'd be good to go. Except for my morning coffees, I drink almost exclusively water anyway.

NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY, EAT MEATS AND DRINK WATER AND JUICES, TEAS ARE VERY GOOD FOR YOU AND WILL HEALTHY THAN COFFEE. MEATS ARE'NT FATTENING.
