Good quality flat base. Organic foods. Yummay sauce (I'll add the name of it when I can remember!) Mmm yum I'm gonna make some homemade pizza tonight. It taste's amazing, like out of a reataurant, because of the base, it lies a lot in the base :)

Make the dough a day ahead..roll it into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap pop it into the fridge..take it out about 20 minutes before you are going to prepare the pizza..then put it in a very hot oven.

If your sauce is good and your crust is good, you could top it with Alpo and make me happy...with enough cheese.

The crust and the oven. The pizza in Ny, and NJ have an awesome taste. The brick oven is a secret and the crust with the water (Ny and Nj) is the best. When we go to NJ we eat pizza, pizza, pizza and take home pizza back to chicago. Yummmy!
