  • You have to contact an agent. Some are hard to get ahold of. Sometimes you have to go through a studio to recah them.
  • contact your local SAG (Screen Actors Guild) they can get you in touch with some fresh, unworked actors or get you in touch with a local drama school. Most times they can get you actors for free because the actors are relatively inexperienced and it will be a chance for them to build on their resume. I used to work for an Agency in baltimore and we would send out people for the Wire, and a few movies filmed in the area. They would not get paid often times unless they had speaking parts but they got experience. Another option is post something around colleges that offer acting classes, you might find some drama students there as well. Again let them know it will be volunteer work they can put on their resume.
