  • Your mouth will heal very quickly , in most cases. It might be a good idea to rinse with some peroxide, making sure not to swallow, just to make sure it is a clean wound. But, Im sure it is all healed up by now. Also, to keep the discomfort at a minimum, try to avoid anything that is very hot, or very cold.
  • I've heard that rinsing with mouth wash will help. Personally, I find that icewater with lots of ice shards helps.
  • Mouth wounds heal extremely quickly. The best thing is to just leave it alone. You might put a little orajel on it to ease the pain when you go to bed, but if you put it on during the day, you'll be more likely to bite it again if it is numb and swollen when you eat.
