The caramelizing makes the fries stay drier(caramel gets very hot)- I like the dry taste instead of mushy french fries.
eeew that is nasty.I dont eat them that much so I am not fat,lol,but they are still good,and unheathy.
I'd heard they add sugar and was wondering if they were still doing it.

Vegetable oil, actually. I used to work with that crap. And I think their fries are awful.
