  • New Balance makes running shoes for people who supinate. I bought a pair and they help!
  • Go to a running shop. Not some large box store, like sportsmart, but a speciality running store. They will listen to your concerns about your feet, suggest shoes, and watch you run/walk in them to see how they fit your stride and whether you still need more support to correct an over/underpronation problem. They will help you find the shoes that work best with your feet. The only downside can be the price of the shoes. But, you don't have to buy them there - just write down the shoe/model information on the shoes that fit you best, and see if you can't find them elsewhere for cheaper. My advice is don't cheap out on something as important as your shoes if you're going to be running. Those are the most important piece of equipment you'll buy, and they'll save you lots of pain and injury if you find the right ones.
