You want the question asker to rate every answer to their questions, but when they do, how do you know it was the question asker who rated them?

You dont...I dont think it tells you on your summary. If I see a good answer to someone elses question I will always rate it and if you look through, some of the answers have so many points that it as obviously been rated by many people.
