You may purchase scrub land, tax defaulted, and other unsalable parcels from County Tax Assessors from coast to coast. None of this property is a bargain. True bargains are snapped up by government insiders LONG before the County ever offers the property to the general public. One thing is for certain. None is EVER offered for pennies on the dollar! What would possess a government agency to sell a desirable property to the general public at a fraction of its worth. Government agencies need revenues too!
