Help answer this question below.

I had hernia surgery done a year ago....i just wanted to know if i should wear tight breifs all my life now.i had some sayin to me that wearing tight breifs will stop hernia from recurring...is it true or just a myth..or can i wear any sort of underwears

    What did your Surgeon tell you?

    When I had my surgery about 6 years ago, I was told that the "patch" they put in was strong and permanent.

    If you had other weak spots in your abdomen where another hernia might appear, you'd need something much stronger than tight briefs to hold it in.

    Wear what you want!
