Anxiety sufferers: I had an attack last night and since I woke up this morning I'm extremely cold and weak. Do you suffer the effects of an anxiety attack briefly or do you feel the aftereffect for a while?

    I guess every persons anxiety attack, and therefore the aftermath, is different, so it's a difficult feeling to measure. All i know for sure is that it can be a draining experience, sometimes taking hours, sometimes taking days to recover from and get back 'online'.
