In the movie "The Grudge", the grudge remained even after the people died. Many Japanese ghost stories are based on grudges against people who drove the deceased to their deaths. One famous story is Bancho Sarayashiki.

Ask your creator he's had a grudge against humanity since Adam and Eve.

OOOOOOHHHHHHH YES! I had a mother in law (no longer married) she and her own daughter would fight over nothing and then go years without speaking. Once they faught over some pots and pans that mom said where hers and the daughter said they were hers and because the daughter refused to return them they did not speak for 5 years. Good Lord, get a life! Oh and the Hatfields and the McCoys, LOL.

yes people can hold grudges against other people when they have hurt you. more often than not its best not to though or the hurt you felt will not go away.

Yes. They exist when you hold something against someone long after the event has occured and continue to dislike the person.
