Spotlessly clean. The kitchen is where I express myself and create my art. It is, in a word, sacrosanct.

-
define "clean" and I assure you, when i go into my kitchen, I try not to inhale
-
Absolutely. I think keeping a clean kitchen and bathroom is very important.
-
Yes. It's very important that the kitchen is as clean as the rest of the house.
-
Yes. Like it nice and shiney.
-
If you could meet anyone from history, who would it be?
-
yess always

I try to keep the kitchen clean along with the rest of the house. I have 3 kids, 2 of which are toddlers so there is always something to clean up. I keep it as clean as possible throughout the day, and I clean the kitchen and rest of the house after everyone goes to sleep. So when they wake up they have a nice clean house to dirty up again, it is a never ending long circle. Mom 1st to wake up, and last to go to sleep.
-
Spic and span always.
-
yes I am quite pedantic about the kitchen being clean... even when cooking I hate mess
-
Usually.
-
Yeah and the rest of the house. I wash dishes about three times a day. I have a 7,9,13,15,16 yr old kids that are always putting dirty dishes in the sink. I clean off the table about 5 times a day and sweep the floor at least twice and wipe down the countertops with clorox wipes at least twice a day. You looking for a job as a maid???
-
Yes. And the rest of the house
-
Yes, both my husband and I work heard to keep it clean and tidy. You can't make nutritious healthy food if your food prep area is dirty:-)
-
Hell yes!!! I love to cook and i cant cook in a dirty kitchen...;)
-
yes i like clean kitchen........ and that's why i keep it clean
-
I'm a tiger in the kitchen. It just has to be clean.
-
As a whistle
-
i do my best to keep clean. It isn't filthy sometimes a dish or two stays in the sink overnight.
-
I try... I can't get my roommate convinced dirty dishes don't belong in the sink, though. There's a huge counter next to the sink for that. I also can't convince him it's not necessary to soak the dishes for 12 hours to 2 days before washing them. I still have to catch up from being gone for the weekend, and here it is Thursday. I'm of the opinion "The kitchen isn't clean until you can eat off of any cabinet top, the sink, or the stove top." That means bleaching regularly (especially any time I cook chicken) and washing constantly.
-
Yes I keep all down stairs cleaned perfectly :)
-
Always. It's something I am quite fussy on.
-
surely do! I keep the whole house clean.
-
My mother always told me "If you don't want mice or other nasty creatures in your eating area, you will keep it clean!" At the very least, I make sure there is no unwrapped food left out that might attract them. All dishes go in the dishwasher, and all food gets put away in the cupboard or fridge. I even lift the dog and cat food bowls at night. Ha! I guess I am paranoid about rodents. I have a deep seated fear of them, ever since I was a child.

Yes, I can't stand a dirty kitchen. It doesn't take long to clean up and it promotes better health.
