I worked 46.75 hours in 5 days. On the 6th day I worked 9.5 Hours.
How do I calculate the OT/DT of the day?

You're reading Lets say I work Tuesday 7am till Thursday at 7am. I'm only getting paid from 7am till 10pm everyday. I have to sleep at work because they tell me it's part of the job and I'm not getting paid for those 9hrs. Is that legal in North Carolina?

No, I'm not on call and I'm not a doctor either. I was hired Salary. But, when I went into work for the first time the other day I was told that we are getting paid from 7am till 10pm, and not from 10pm to 7am and I have to stay there anyhow because they says it's part of the job. So, I was mostly wondering if they can do this?
