Does anyone know the Facts about Obama's record in Illinois? An email is circulating claiming the state pension fund is 44 billion in debt and the sales tax is 10.25%, the highest in the country. Was it better or worst when he took office? Thanks!

Yeah, he Single-Handedly... I don't remember from my Logic class, but I think that this might be one of the Major Fallacies, Oh, yes! Post Hoc ergo Propter Hoc. If event A (Obama's taking office in Illinois) occurred, then later events B (Sales Tax to 10.25%) and C (Pension Fund Problems) are HIS FAULT! The Argument might work, if Obama were a Babylonian god, with appropriate powers. I'd hesitate to credit or criticize him on that basis...
