    Not sure what you're asking here but I'll give it a shot.

    For a quick, easy and free photo editor try GIMP. It was originally designed for Linux but has been recently released in a Windows version.

    As for doing it on-line in real time, there are many services available such as Picnik;

    These give you basic stuff for free and charge you more to do the more advanced stuff.

    My recommend would be to get GIMP and do it all on your own computer. You don't need to be on-line to edit and all of the features are free and included with the program. It has most of the features that Adobe Photoshop will charge $1000 to provide for you.
