Cereal. It's always good for a quick snack!

Something easy to digest...cereal with milk, LOW fat stuff. Otherwise you can get acid and heartburn when you lie down. Not alot of sugar or spicy stuff either. A cookie, as long as you had a little milk with it would be good.
