Help answer this question below.

I was arrested for poss. of marijuana.I went to court and the judge dismissed the case immediatly without probation and all i had to do was pay the court fees. I am now getting a teaching job and it requires a backround check,will they be able to see that

    Yes. it will be on your record, unless you apply to the court for it to be expunged.

    This is not difficult to do, but you may need an attorney.

    Yea wit the Act 34 Compliance they run on you. I just learned about that in my Tearchers, Schools, and Society class. They run a Act 34 Compliance nd an Act 151 Clearance. Act 151 is the PA child abuse history clearance. Even if the case was dismissed then you may still see it on your records

    if it went on your record they might see itbut if you werent even put on probation i dont really think so but im not really sure
