Kunst des Fechtens, the martial art of Medieval Germany. I teach it once a week, with special emphasis on the use of the two-handed longsword. I train as often as I can.

Iaido. I don't have anywhere around me that teaches it so I've watched a couple videos, read quite a few books and I practice everyday with my sword and bokken but a student from an actual Sensei would kick my @ss

I practice Pencak Silat and Krav maga, but I've picked up some bits and bobs along the way, in what my mates call "Bourne-fu" - And I do practice regularly, but they are not really the "Go get your Gi and belt, ask your attacker politely to wait while you warm up" like a lot of martial arts are taught today. If I train on a given day, it's most likely going to be in jeans, a t-shirt and boots, and weapons will be what I find around me, Pens, umbrellas, bottles, keys, whatever.

I have been doing martial arts for 50 years. I started studying on Okinawa and then continued when I came back to the USA. I have studied Judo, Karate, Boxing, and Sumo. My favorite is Judo. Better for conditioning and is more fun. Full contact and no guesswork about who won. Also, more honor. I have never seen the parental/coach/contestant interference/disrespect at a judo tournament that you see at other martial arts events. If you don't have respect you have missed the entire lesson. I am very pleased with the current UFC MMA showings. However, the stuff that they do in the house they stay at is inexcusable. I don't know why Dana White puts up with that. They are supposed to be adults and professionals. Not a bunch of juvenile delinquents. At least, that's how I see it. My favorit martial art is Senshin. That's a style that is a combination of all the martial arts and what MMA is all about.
