Help answer this question below.

My IPOD won't turn on, I plug it in to charge and nothing happens. Is it possible for the battery inside your IPOD to just die?

    Yes it is. The battery is good for about a year's worth of charging and recharging of hard use. The bad news is that replacing that little gem requires sending it or taking it to a technician that can do it. It isn't cheap either. Although there are a few websites on the net that suggest you can do the swap yourself, I think you'll find that it's safer for the techs to do it. Had that happen with my Niece's IPod.

    Yeah I've replaced a few iPod batteries over the years. Does it work while plugged in? If not, it could be more than just the battery.

    i have the same problem but the 8gb nano is fairly new and not over used,. any other solutions that wont cost me??? please help
