Help answer this question below.

Someone has been rating everything I say down without any rhyme or reason. The points aren't a big deal, but it would be nice if it was rated on what I say, not on that person's immaturity. How can I get the person to stop?

    The same thing is happening with me this guy didn't lik one of my answers and rated it down then left a nasty comment so when I said something back he got mad and he is rating everything down it's just frustrating and makes you mad, I dont care about the points either. I don't know how to stop it though with out just hanging in there and hoping he stops.

    You are getting trolled, big-time. As I was told when it happened to me, whoever is doing it is just jealous. They've started up a personal vendetta against YOU for no reason other than their immaturity and insecurity. It would be nice if they'd let you in on that before they started downrating you without discretion, however.

    Unfortunately, in my experience, there's no good way to get a person to stop downrating you. Hopefully they will get bored and go pester someone else. In the meantime, everyone here who sees your completely valid and meaningful answers will continue to give you the points you deserve.

    I would contact administration and have them look at the activity. They can identify the account to which the ratings belongs. Perhaps they can remove the trolled ratings.

    I'm seeing what you are talking about. You should be seeing some positive points (if the answer deserves them of course) coming your way.

    atigonerising is absolutely right, you're profile has been attacked. I've seen it, and there is no doubt. email admin@answerbag.com, they will find the offender, and likely close the account.
