To the Brits from Canada. What is your recipe for kedgeree. I love it and just do the rice hard boiled eggs and salmon. I usually add dill, too. Sometimes tomato and green onion. This recipe is from N.Z. How do you do it?

If I had Matzah bread dipped with egg, fried it on the range and then put maple syrup on it, would this be Jewish toast?

Holy crap that takes a long time to make! Sounds disgusting too. I've never had it but I'm a Lutheran so I've heard about it lots. Apparently it came from one of the ethnic groups that are heavily Lutheran.

I was raised Lutheran but I had neighbors that actually spoke Norwegian. I'm mildly familiar with scandinavian culture and I'm also familiar with leftsa.
