The wicked one is borrowing and does not pay back, But the righteous one is showing favor and is making gifts. Psalm 37:21 This verse shows if you borrow money and do not repay it, you are considered WICKED.

where did the saying, "neither a borrower nor a lender be" come from ? i think i'll google it....
