I did some research and found that Banks hit 4 walk off homers in his career (that I could find).
Dates:
August 17, 1960 vs. Dodgers
August 30, 1960 vs. Reds
April 18, 1962 vs. Colt .45s
September 4, 1967 vs. Dodgers
Note: I did not have access to boxscores from the 1953, 1955 and 1956 seasons, so he may have hit one or two more in that time.
My source is Retrosheet.org.

You're reading I am looking to find out how many walk off home runs Ernie Banks had and when they were. Does anyone know of a site that lists walk off homers?
