I assume that you're talking inserting without the males consent, and if that's the case - DO NOT DO THIS!
This is a violation of the person - just because YOU want a kid doesn't mean THEY do. I know someone who used to put tobasco sauce into used condoms to prevent people from doing this. There was a court case a few years ago (where my friend got the idea) where a woman was suing the man for damages due to putting tobasco sauce in her vagina. The court ruled that the sperm was his, it was in a condom (condoned safe-sex by both people) and therefore he could put tobasco sauce in to deter the female from trying to impregnate herself, and the guy wasn't charged.
