Help answer this question below.

I have bad credit. i am a single mom of 2 kid one of which is disabled. and has been in and out hospital for brain surgery the last year.just need money to pay off some past due bills while i wait for my financial aid from school to arrive. thanks

    Speak to the social worker at the hospital where your child is being treated. They should be able to help you.

    If you use your school financial aid money for bills, what will you use to pay for school? Have you tried contacting your local social services office? They can provide rent assistance, utility assitance and food and possibly other financial help based on your situation. They can also refer you to other agencies that can assist you especially since your child is disabled. There is plenty of financial help out there for people in your situation. Start with your city/county social service office. I'm sure they can help!

    Check with the lcoal brach of the Salvation Army (sometimes they help pay bills; your local church to see if they have a food closet; See if Catholic Charities has a branch near you, and you may also try the YWCA to see if they have any assistance programs (each branch is different).
