No. Eco-tourism is a fallacy. If tourists really want to generate a positive physical impact on a place -- stay home!
It is a good addition to adventure travel, luxury travel, leisure trave--all of which incorporate ex-tourism to some degree or at least expose travelers to it...which is all good.
