When Christians share the Biblical gospel with Mormons, it is often taken as an affront. Yet when Mormon missionaries share the Mormon gospel with Christians, why is this somehow more acceptable?

Most mainstream Christians who have witnessed to me have focused more on what they perceive to be the evils of Mormonism than on the Good News that all may be saved through Jesus. Mormon missionaries are taught to be respectful of other belief systems. Once one side is on the defensive, odds of understanding (and possible conversion) are gone.

I can't think of a single time where a "Christian" wanted to share a biblical Gospel message with me. I've never had one come to my door to share their message. (Only JW's and other Mormons). I've had many attack me and my beliefs, I believe in a sincere attempt, generally, to save my soul. Come on over any time. I'll listen.
