Yes, I hated the job and I would just sit around and show up late and they never fired me So Finally I quit;)

unfortunately I haven't...oh but I want to, just to see how far I could go with it but now days it's too important to work for a place for a few years and not at least get a decent reference out of it....but I have pushed the limits quite a few times just to see.

No. Getting fired from any job, no matter how you hate it, doesn't look good. If I didn't like a job, I would just resign.
