    Mahal - in Filipino (Tagalog) it means two different things... love AND expensive

    Mahal kita (I love you)
    Ang mahal nito (This is expensive)
    Ang mahal ng mahal mo (Your love is so expensive)

    Galvanise. After everything that was thrown at me in chemistry that was the one word that stuck.

    When people use the word outside it's original context, no matter what it is. I feel like they know what they are talking about, even if it's utter rubbish.
