Actions always speak louder than words anyway.

...Either "shut the fuck up" (kinda rude aint it?) or just ignoring/smackign them
-
Absolutely nothing. But I might speak to their supervisor if they're supposed to be serving the public in some capacity.

Sorry, but I've never been in that postion, but if I was, I'd walk away, because they wouldn't be worth standing there.
-
Look at them with a concerned look on your face and say..."You still pee the bed don't you?" Axe
-
"Know what!? I just realized I wasted my time being here!" And walking off is a good thing, or things might flare up..
-
"fuck off!" =D

If they are so rude that I didn't have the words for then I would just walk away. Actually I had this happen to me the other day. It's a LONG story so I'm not going to tell it but it was in a pulic business that I was a customer and it wasn't like a dept. store so I was waiting patiently on something and the guy that was suppose to be "the boss" was being a real smart ass and thought he was being funny and after waiting about an hour, I just got up and left without saying a word.

"When did you say you LOBOTOMY was booked for"??????

sigh, look down, smile disappointedly and walk away Just walk away. it usually works for me that whole thing wll leave them wondering WTF i do ur not being rude but ur making a point oud and clear nd not fighting bak uually hurts them more for being a complete ass lol ;-)

Well if you don't have the words, you say nothing, but you can always put up a single finger and they'll know how you feel.
