Hating everyone leaves room both for the racist and for the non racist.
Let's look at an example.
The whole populus (everyone) consists of the race A and B. If you hate people in race A and B for belonging in that race, you are a racist against everyone.
If you hate people of race A for belonging in that race and every single person in group B for a specific reason (e.g. some are smart, some are blond), you are a racist to race A, but not to race B. And yet you still hate everyone. You are still a misanthrope.

You are not a racist,more like depression,which can be repaired. Talk with a physician,describe exactly what you are going through, and there are also prescriptions available. You are all right, smiling... we all have thoughts of hating everyone and everything we face at times, especially on Mondays.... smiling.
you can help out by recording what you were doing when this feeling happens, who you are with and what were you talking about or doing before it was bought on.
Take this with you at your appointment, let the physician know what you recorded. some time they can direct you to the appropriate people if they dont thing it is a serious matter. Keep me tuned in.. I would love to know the outcome, I know it will be a good one, but it would be nice to hear it from you.. I will be checking back....

It is unhealthy to hate, or feel anger towards others. If you have targeted foreigners or person of other races, because you deem them to be meek and vulnerable then racist is not the word. It is highly unlikely that you are aiming your venomous missives at 6'3'' hercules types, therefore I would call you a mere bully.

My guess is you don't believe in God, either "for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son". How could you say that God hates you if he was willing to do this for you? And how could you say Jesus hates you if he was willing to DIE for you? (Sorry... Didn't mean to get "preachy".)

You are only racist if you actively and deliberately discriminate against a specific group of people based on what you (or they) perceive as race.
It is not racist to hate everyone, because then you are not discriminating, and your hatred is unlikely to be based on racial grounds, since you hate everyone.

I say it on all my answers relating to Racism, but it's an important point to make...
There is no such thing as race within Humanity. Genetics has proven this wrong time and time again - the differences between and among people are so minute that it is simply a lie to say there are different races. There are different -cultures- and -looks-, but NOT races.
(Additional related point: Most people seem to judge race based on skin colour, which is absolutely absurd. Skin colour is determined by a single mere pigment, and this same pigment determines hair and eye colour.
If 'black skin' is a race, then so is 'blonde hair' and 'green eyes', yet this is patently false and no one believes this. The concept of race is a vestigial remnant of a time when we knew nothing about genetics, and thus had no valid basis by which to determine 'race'. These concepts were and still are based entirely on geographical ancestry and physical -looks-.)
To get an idea of race, look at a Schnauzer and a Poodle (breeds of dog). Different races, same species.
Humanity has nothing even remotely close to a racial distinction...
