I dont mind either. I find myself perturbed by users who answer with... "Do your own homework" that really irks me.

I don't see either way a problem. If a person would have never suggested that using all capital letters was equivalent to yelling, I doubt many would have a problem with it. Many choose to let things bother them, when it really should not matter. Sure using all capital letters is not how writing is meant to be, but it should not cause a person to become enraged and belittle the one asking the question. It should not matter how the question was asked, but is the question understandable enough to answer. When we try to correct the person we forget to answer their question which does not help anyone.
