I'm almost certain that answer bag isn't the cause of your slow surfing. Websites can only slow down your browsing experience if they keep an open connection or install / run programs, spyware, or active x components that utilize your bandwidth. Answerbag doesn't run or install any junk programs in your browser and they use a very efficient scripting language (AJAX, I think) to prevent reloading the entire page when you add answers or submit ratings. The only way I could see answerbag possibly slowing down your browser is if you had many windows open with multiple instances of answerbag... which wouldn't be their fault. It's much more likely that you are experiencing normal (or abnormal) fluctuations in server speed through your ISP. Some things to try are: 1. Close and restart your browser. Sometimes keeping your browser open for extended periods causes lag. 2. Clear your cache. Although your cache can actually speed up page load times it can become cumbersome if your internet cache is huge and your computer has to scan through all those files each time. 3. Close other non-essential programs and/or reboot your computer. This would actually fix problems arising from your CPU speed and RAM, but sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between that and browser lag.
