Help answer this question below.

If I have a friend rent a car for me but O'm not on the contract and I get pulled over can they charge me with car theft or any other really big charges? and can they take away that vehicle or my lisence?

    They wont charge you with theft, but they will probably try to contact the rental company to let them know. The rental company will most likely charge a penalty fee for it. Cops wont really care unless they see it or there is a report that that car was stolen. I'm not 100% sure on that question though. Best thing, don't do anything illegal. :)
