  • In most states it is 18. However, in a few states it is 19-21.
  • At whatever age a child legaly becomes an adult in the state tht they reside the majority of the time.
  • In Missouri, the statutes state that child support can be abated (in court) if custodial parent (CP) fails to allow non-custodial parent (NCP) visitation without a valid reason (i.e. abusive, endangerment, etc.). NCP would have to hire atty and go to court, but they could & the court could side with them. Check with a lawyer in your state before failing to enforce visitation with NCP because it can have unexpected ramifications.
  • Children cant legally decide, only a judge can.
