You're reading Just because the tests show that diana's driver was infact drunk at the crash doesnt still cancel out the possibilitie that it was purposely done - what if (could) his drink was spiked ? ?
Comments
not necaserrily, say i had 2 glasses of wine (thats not over the limit) i may feel a little drunk, but i know iv'e only had 2 glasses of wine so it could make me assume i just feel a bit tired or dizzy ect, it still doesnt rule out the possibility that this could have been murder, also the fact that he was drunk and she died isnt anything to do with my topical sentence but qustioning whether it still rules out murder ? ?

okay, fine in your case you may feel tired or whatever, but your not drunk. Now you said the driver was "infact" drunk, meaning the alcohol in his blood content had to be high enough for them to consider him being drunk (whatever the level may be, it had to be higher then your level of being "tired/dizzy"), and when you are "considered" Drunk, your ability to think and act clearly is impaired.. If your drink is spiked, and you drank it, and THEN know it hass been spiked, and Then now you feel drunk (even the autopsy reports that he had too much to to drink) it's the drivers fault for even getting into the front seat. Your question doesn't clearly state to me if if it was murder or not, im just saying that if the driver drank something, and was drunk (you know when your drunk. not "dizzy and tired"), he should not drive. IT was a poor decision to get into the front seat. Not murder. (unless the drivers drink was spiked with poison.. spiking drinks is usually for fun in my experience.)

omg, im not sayin it is murder, personally i do think he was too drunk and shouldnt have been driving, i do think it's his fault, what im sayin is, is that it doesnt rule out the possibity of murder ! !
